⏱️ متى يمكنك إلغاء طلبك؟

يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال ساعة واحدة من تأكيده، وقبل دخوله مرحلة التجهيز أو الشحن.

⚠️ بمجرد شحن الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاؤه. يمكنك طلب الإرجاع بعد الاستلام وفق سياسة الإرجاع.

📋 خطوات إلغاء الطلب

1. سجّل الدخول إلى حسابك على الموقع
2. اذهب إلى صفحة طلباتي
3. اختر الطلب المراد إلغاؤه
4. اضغط على زر إلغاء الطلب إن كان متاحًا

إذا لم يظهر زر الإلغاء، فهذا يعني أن الطلب قيد التجهيز أو الشحن — تواصل معنا فورًا عبر واتساب.

✅ حالات الإلغاء المقبولة

• الإلغاء خلال ساعة من التأكيد
• المنتج غير متوفر في المخزون
• خطأ في السعر أو تفاصيل الطلب من جانبنا

💰 استرداد مبلغ الطلب الملغى

عند قبول طلب الإلغاء، يتم استرداد المبلغ كالتالي:

🔵 K-Net — حتى 10 أيام عمل
🔵 Visa / Mastercard — حتى 15 يوم عمل
🔵 الدفع عند الاستلام — لا يترتب عليه أي استرداد

⚙️ إلغاء الطلب من قِبَل 3RoodQ8

تحتفظ 3RoodQ8 بحق إلغاء أي طلب في الحالات التالية:

• خطأ تقني أو خطأ في الأسعار
• عدم توفر المنتج
• عدم التحقق من بيانات الدفع

سيتم التواصل مع العميل فورًا عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني مع استرداد المبلغ كاملًا.

❌ Cancellation Policy

At 3RoodQ8, we understand that circumstances change. This policy explains when and how you can cancel your order.

⏱️ When Can You Cancel?

Orders can be cancelled within one hour of confirmation, before they enter the processing or shipping stage.

⚠️ Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.

📋 How to Cancel Your Order

1. Log in to your account on our website
2. Go to My Orders
3. Select the order you wish to cancel
4. Click the Cancel Order button if available

If the cancel button is not visible, your order is already being processed or shipped — contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

✅ Eligible Cancellation Cases

• Cancellation within one hour of order confirmation
• Product is out of stock
• Pricing or order details error on our side

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

Once your cancellation is approved:

🔵 K-Net — up to 10 business days
🔵 Visa / Mastercard — up to 15 business days
🔵 Cash on Delivery — no refund applicable

3RoodQ8 reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:

• Technical error or pricing mistake
• Product out of stock
• Payment verification failure

The customer will be contacted immediately via phone or email, and a full refund will be issued.
