في 3RoodQ8 نسعى لضمان رضاك التام. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن طلبك، يسعدنا مساعدتك في استرداد مبلغك وفق الشروط التالية.

✅ حالات الاسترداد المقبولة

• استلمت منتجًا تالفًا أو معيبًا
• استلمت منتجًا مختلفًا عما طلبته
• لم يصلك الطلب خلال المدة المحددة
• قمت بإلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه

❌ حالات الاسترداد غير المقبولة

• المنتجات المستخدمة أو التالفة من قِبَل العميل
• المنتجات التي مضى على استلامها أكثر من 14 يومًا
• المنتجات المفتوحة التي لا يمكن إعادة بيعها
• العروض والمنتجات المخفّضة (إلا في حالة العيب)

📋 خطوات طلب الاسترداد

1. تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام
2. أرسل رقم طلبك وسبب طلب الاسترداد
3. أرفق صورة للمنتج في حال وجود عيب أو خطأ
4. سيتواصل معك فريقنا خلال 24 ساعة لتأكيد الطلب

⏳ مدة استرداد المبلغ

بعد استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع وفحصه:

🔵 K-Net — حتى 10 أيام عمل
🔵 Visa / Mastercard — حتى 15 يوم عمل
🔵 الدفع عند الاستلام — يُستبدل برصيد داخلي أو تحويل بنكي

⚠️ إذا لم يصلك المبلغ خلال هذه المدة، تواصل معنا فورًا.

🚚 تكلفة شحن الإرجاع

• إذا كان الخطأ من جانبنا (منتج تالف أو خاطئ) — نتحمل تكلفة الشحن كاملة
• إذا كان طلب الإرجاع من العميل لأسباب شخصية — تُحتسب تكلفة الشحن على العميل

💰 Refund Policy

At 3RoodQ8, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help you get a refund according to the following terms.

✅ Eligible Refund Cases

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received a product different from what you ordered
• Your order did not arrive within the specified timeframe
• You cancelled your order before it was shipped

❌ Non-Eligible Refund Cases

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Products returned more than 14 days after receipt
• Opened products that cannot be resold
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

📋 How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
3. Attach a photo of the product if there is a defect or error
4. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your request

⏳ Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

🔵 K-Net — up to 10 business days
🔵 Visa / Mastercard — up to 15 business days
🔵 Cash on Delivery — replaced with store credit or bank transfer

⚠️ If you don't receive your refund within this period, contact us immediately.

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

• If the error is on our side (damaged or wrong item) — we cover the full shipping cost
• If the return is requested by the customer for personal reasons — shipping cost is covered by the customer
