Delivery Within 5 Hours
When you choose Express Delivery, items are delivered on the same day within 5 hours. If the order is placed after the deadline, your order will be delivered on the next day. If this shipping option is not enabled, the order isn't eligible for express delivery at that time.
• You can get your delivery for
orders placed between 10 AM to 10 PM.
• Orders placed after 11 PM will be delivered the next day.

2. Choose an eligible shipping address within Kuwait no P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Package
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in Your Account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you'll find contact information below.

Return and Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise two way shipping will be charged. Return request can be sent online ( Contact us ) by email or by phone. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Receiving a Refund
You will receive your refund after we receive and process your returned items . Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
• 1 to 3 business days for us to receive your return from the
carrier
• 1 to 5 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request
(see below for specific guidelines)
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item.
You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary
page in Your Account. If the refund does not appear in Your Account within 4
weeks from the day you sent us your returned item, please contact us
immediately.

Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing
immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and
submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your
order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be
canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Find the order on your account Main Page.
3. Click the order number to see the Order Details.
If it is still possible to cancel, you will see an enabled
"Cancel" button on the Order Details page that you can use to
cancel your order. If the "Cancel" button is not enabled, the order
is already being shipped and cannot be canceled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you
can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.
